The X2.CRF-Q9 Heavy-Weight Floor Protection Mat is extremely robust and offers high sound and shock reduction.
The innovative honeycomb system absorbs impacts and shocks from falling weight very well without causing too much bounce.
Dieser Heavy-Weight Fitnessboden hat eine Eigendichte von 1.000-1.100 kg/m³ und bietet eine Schalldämmung in Höhe von 25 dB. Die Schockabsorbierung beträgt 61% <i>(EN 14808)</i>.
The application areas of the X2.CRF-Q9 fitness floor are mainly free weights and weight-lifting areas. There, the heavy-weight floor offers very good properties to protect the equipment from damage and to reduce noise and vibrations.
The honeycomb system also offers the best conditions for outdoor use, as water can drain away very well under the mats.

Installation technology
Laying the Weight-Lifting floor in a half-lay pattern
The recommended installation method for the X2.CRF-Q9 Fitness floor protection mats is half-bond. The staggered installation technique allows the mats to be laid in a compressed state. This installation technique gives the mat surface better stability. The overall impression of the laid mats in the half bond also offers a more beautiful appearance.
Laying the Weight-Lifting floor in a cross bond
Of course, the fitness mats can also be laid in the classic cross-lacing pattern. With both installation techniques, we recommend edging the outdoor area with a border strip or a bevelled kerbstone to avoid tripping hazards.
