Installation technology
Laying the fitness floor in a half bond
The recommended installation method for the X2.CRF-Q1 Fitness floor protection mats is half-bond. The staggered installation technique allows the mats to be laid in a compressed state. This installation technique gives the mat surface better stability. The overall impression of the laid mats in the half bond also offers a more beautiful appearance.
Laying the fitness floor in a cross bond
Of course, the fitness mats can also be laid in the classic cross-lacing method. However, due to the natural tolerances, a special installation technique is necessary to achieve the best results. Lay the mats with an overlap of 5 mm. As soon as the entire surface is laid out, the mats can be compressed and pressed into the final position.
